Mr Fergus WilmerChairmanFerg is a private equity executive and investor.
Previously, he was CEO of SUNDAY, a mobile telecom services provider in Hong Kong. He started Spice Telecom, the fastest growing mobile operation in India. He held senior roles with Hutchison Whampoa, including CEO of Hanny Magnetics, a Hong Kong listed company that manufactured and distributed electronic storage products.
He has also previously been CEO at Orange France.
Appointed as a Director in 2018.
Ms Sheree FordNon Executive DirectorSheree has practiced as a solicitor for over 30 years, initially in private practice and then as in house counsel and company secretary, largely in the energy and resources sector.
In the energy sector Sheree commenced her career as a lawyer for BHP Limited and subsequently undertook roles as general counsel, company secretary and as a member of the executive team at several listed and unlisted companies. These included Beach Energy Limited, Interoil Corporation and Roc Oil Company Limited.

Mr Andrew PurcellNon Executive DirectorAndrew formed the Lawndale Group in Hong Kong over 15 years ago, a company specialising in the development of projects in emerging markets across heavy engineering, petrochemical, resources and infrastructure sectors. Prior to this, he spent 12 years working in investment banking for Macquarie Bank and then for Credit Suisse.
Andrew also has had significant experience as a public company director, both in Australia and in several jurisdictions across Asia. He is the Chairman of both AJ Lucas Group Limited and Melbana Energy Limited.

Mr Tom ToddNon Executive DirectorTom is an investor and director in natural resources companies, across a range of commodities and regions.
He was the CFO of Aston Resources from 2009 to November 2011 and Custom Mining between 2007 and 2009.
Prior to Custom Mining, Tom spent four years with GE as an Executive Director in the Energy Financial Services business, responsible for sourcing investments in the coal and Oil & Gas industry in Australia and New Zealand.
Tom is a chartered accountant, having started his career in London with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Appointed as a Director in 2024.
Mr Tim BaldwinChief Executive Officer and Executive DirectorTim has a deep understanding of both the energy and financial markets. He was previously a partner at GEMS, where he managed multiple investments in parallel, exercising full strategic and operational control at board and executive level, in both public and private companies.
Prior to GEMS Tim worked for 10+ years at BP across Australia, Singapore and England in a number of strategic, commercial, and operational roles.
Appointed as a Director in 2021.
Mr Peter FennessyChief Commercial Officer and Executive DirectorPeter has almost 40 years experience in commercial and upstream technical roles in the oil and gas industry, he is a key part of the executive team.
Peter negotiated the first merchant underground gas storage agreement in Australia. He played a major role in the complete restructure of the Victorian gas market with a key focus on wholesale gas markets and gas supply.
He is a geologist by background and has previously worked for BP, Kinetik and Alinta.

Jesse MeidlManaging DirectorJesse is an experienced Investment Banker, Finance Director, CFO and Independent Audit Committee Chairman offering over 20 years experience specialising in mining and energy (exploration, production, and services).
Jesse has extensive upstream and midstream project experience having successfully managed green and brownfield developments between US$50-$400m. In addition, he has also advised and arranged > $5 billion M&A, debt and equity over 50+ transactions principally in upstream and midstream energy.
David StandfieldProject DirectorDavid has over 30 years international experience in the project management and energy industry. He brings vast experience from energy and infrastructure projects and operations on the client side of major enterprises. This includes successful delivery as a multi-billion-dollar project executive at the world’s largest publicly listed energy company.
David’s experience and skills cover project leadership, planning and execution, controls, contracting / procurement, risk management and organisation design / implementation. He has a passion for safety, disciplined execution, leadership and organisational effectiveness.
